Getting Started
How to Create an Account
1. Click "Sign Up" in the top navigation
2. Choose your role: Host (share equipment/spaces) or Creator (book resources)
3. Fill in your details: name, email, username, and password
4. Check your email for verification link
5. Click the verification link to activate your account
Creating Your First Listing
1. Navigate to "List Your Space/Equipment" from your dashboard
2. Choose a category that best describes what you're offering
3. Write a compelling title and detailed description
4. Set your pricing (hourly rates work best)
5. Upload high-quality photos showing your equipment or space
6. Add amenities and features that make your listing stand out
7. Set your availability and any blocked dates
Making a Reservation
1. Browse listings on the Discover page
2. Click on any listing to view details
3. Select your desired dates and times
4. Choose between hourly or all-day reservation
5. Review pricing and submit your request
6. Wait for host approval (you'll receive email notifications)
7. Once approved, you'll receive reservation confirmation
Safety Guidelines
• Always communicate through our platform messaging system
• Meet in public spaces for equipment exchanges when possible
• Verify equipment condition before and after use
• Report any issues or concerns to our support team
• Follow all local laws and regulations
• Respect others' property and time
Payments & Pricing
• Payments are processed securely through our platform
• Hosts set their own hourly or daily rates
• All-day reservations are calculated as 8 hours
• Cancellation policies vary by listing
• Refunds are handled according to our terms of service
